Are you looking for any of the following?
to discover or express the best version of yourself
more meaning in your life
a better sense of peace within yourself
to explore what you have to offer in life
Then you are looking to enhance your connection with your Self, your essence.
Authentic Movement has provided this for many people.
After a group or an individual session participants talk about feeling
- more centered and attuned to their feelings
- more aware of the obstacles that impede connection with themselves
- fulfilled by having creatively explored their inner world
- reconnected with the wisdom of their body and with their spirituality
Come and experience this for yourself:
What Movers Say
Authentic Movement is a practice that relieves stress, creates a sense
of space, safety,
Taking a class with Maria in Authentic Movement is like finding a long lost guide who helps you journey into
your own soul.
I have my art work on my fridge, where it continues to remind me of the joy and freedom I experienced in the encounters.
After participating in the practice I was
more in tune with
my body and
I realized it has
a whole world
of information that
I rarely listen to.
"Your visions will become clear
only when you can look into your own heart.
Who looks outside, dreams; who looks inside awakes."
Carl G. Jung

What Participants Say
I appreciate the spaciousness of our art and movement practices in the female rainbow workshops. I feel enough room and supportive femininity to let energy bubble up unexpectedly. It feels freeing and healing. These goddesses are rad.
I am a highly sensitive and passionate woman, a mover, a witness, a creator, a thinker, a wounded healer and a truth teller.
My whole life has been a ceaseless journey, without and within, from Greece to Argentina, then Peru and now California, full of learnings and transformational experiences.
I love to provide a safe space for you to explore your unique creative voice, to heal your relationship to your inner child, your femininity and your body, as well as to reinvent ways to relate to each other with more love, respect, and compassion.
I am a licensed psychologist from Greece (2004), and an interdisciplinary performing artist. I hold an MA in Expressive Arts Therapy from CIIS (2017) and I was specialized in Authentic Movement at the Center for Practice and Training in Authentic movement with Karin Fleischer in Buenos Aires (2008-2014).
I love chocolate, dancing, the sunsets and swimming in the rejuvenating Mediterranean Sea.
